Simplify and Restore Nutrition (Week 2-3)

There is a lot of noise out there when it comes to nutrition, and it's confusing! Learn the foundational simple habits that have a powerful impact overall health and well-being. 

Purposeful Movement (Week 4-5)

Movement is medicine. Discover a relationship to movement that feels fulfilling, and not dreadful. Personalize the experience and customize in a way that movement can be more doable for you. 

About the Course

Our health and well-being is the foundation of how we show up in all aspects of ours lives. Yet, making changes can feel challenging in a world filled with noisy information and comparison at our finger tips. This course was uniquely crafted, pairing together healthy habit building and behavior change, giving you the tools you need to not make changes now, but just for good. If you have struggled with setting new years goals and giving up, tryingmany different plans but nothing seems to stick, finding it hard to prioritize you health or overcome lack of motivation, or maintaining changes- this course is for you. If you are looking for a quick fix or are not ready to make a change, this is not for you at this time. Discover the balance of physical and mental well-being with weekly habits that are customizable, through mindset transformation, simplifying nutrition, purposeful movement, responding to stress and sustaining the changes you make. what used to be a goal, will simply become who you are.

About the Creator

Hi! I am Maureen, and I am so happy that you are here! It's important for you to know about me so you can decide if this course is a good fit for you. I have many years of experience working in corporate wellness, coaching hundreds of clients 1:1 in a variety of areas in health and well-being from nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, motivation, time management and more. I have also developed several high level wellness workshops. In my work, I not only give clients the information they need, but the behavior change coaching they need to uncover their unique barriers and use motivational interviewing techniques to guide them through the stages of change. In my coaching experience I have seen what keep client's stuck, and what truly helps them to move forward and achieve this state of wellness they hope for. While this course doesn't contain 1:1 coaching, I have used my skills to create a "pocket coach" to guide you through the change throughout the course. My educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, a Master of Science in Complimentary and Alternative Medicine. I am a certified health and well-being coach and mindfulness instructor.
